KF Machinery’s South American Project Reached Significant Milestone.

06 / 11 / 2025

In April 2025, KF Machinery Co., Ltd.’s 4GQ-1CT (260) crawler sugarcane harvesters were delivered to the Port of São Paulo, Brazil, marking the entry of Chinese high-end agricultural equipment into key sugarcane regions. After completing customs clearance, the equipment has arrived in Santa Catarina State for a 45-day field performance test.

This smart harvester features:
1. An all-terrain crawler chassis for navigating muddy fields during the rainy season.
2. A smart visual recognition system that adjusts cutting height with ±2 cm accuracy.
3. A modular cutter head design that reduces maintenance costs by 40%.

The project director noted that the optimized pressing system processes high-fiber sugarcane at 35 tons per hour, 60% more efficient than local equipment.

Additionally, this quarter will see the delivery of:
– 20 intelligent field transport vehicles
– 4 precision sugarcane seeders
– 5 Beidou agricultural management systems
– 3 mobile maintenance service stations
These tools will help sugar factories achieve full-chain mechanization, reducing labor costs by 2,200 reais per hectare. KF Machinery has also initiated a local technical training program for Brazilian engineers.

As a leading exporter of Chinese agricultural equipment, KF Machinery operates technical service centers globally. The chief executive of KF stated, “We are working with our South American partners on a multi-year machinery upgrade plan and will introduce biofuel-compatible models to support the sugar industry’s carbon neutrality goals.”
